NO INFORMATION GIVEN FOR MY OWN ACCOUNT

I am so annoyed with edgars stores right now, i have worked so hard to get my account installment down to the very minimum but the stores have now messed it up. What a surprise I get when I get to the till at CNA and am told that I need to pay 1000.00 towards my edgars account because I have overdrawn, ive called the call centre and they have told me that the teller at the store was suppose to inform me that I have overdrawn and that I would need to pay the excess amount in 30 days, I have never signed such a slip and the last i checked I had enough credit ON my account, i have no idea when this happened or where but edgars have really messed me around, im so annoyed. I would like to see a breakdown of my account to know what I bought to get to this point because really I cant remember and why the staff did not inform me I mean this is my money i have to now pay this whereas I could have made a decision then and there and then taken responsibility. Please ccan this be checked.
