I made a purchase of around R620 and imagine my surprise when I see the amount has been deducted from my bank account but you cashier informs me the transaction didn't go through.
I must now pay again because it will automatically be reversed?
Really, and how long is automatically? It took about 10 minutes but your cashiers attitude will stay with me forever.
I work in IT, I used to work for a bank, I know things can go wrong but your staff need to be trained to explain the procedure, not look at me in disgust because Im angry!
