What exactly is CNA's policy regarding RICA?

I purchased a BB for my daughter 3 weeks ago with only my ID book, I did not want a new SIM card as she already had one. No problems experienced at all.

Yesterday, it was like pulling teeth to find out what colour 9360's were in stock for a start. Common sense surely tells a sales person that if there are no purple BB's, at let the customer know what you do have in stock?

Finally get a BB and head off to the till only to be told that I need to RICA. As you can imagine, this annoyed me tremendously and the 2 ladies at the other tills clearly talking about me in their own language annoyed me even more.

To my mind, it was a rather large purchase and your staff really did nothing to make me feel like I should return to you branch, EVER!
