I went to the Woolworths Jabulani Mall branch to credit a few item. I purchased the goods at Clearwater. Two payment options were used my Woolies card and my credit card. In my woolies account i was left with R180 and i purchased items amounting to R2600. I used my credit card to pay de difference. I went to Jabulani mall to credit. On tuesday i visited the same branch with the intension to credit 3 items that i felt were unsuitable. The consultant decided for me, she told me R180 was credited to my woolies card and the rest to my credit card. I then askd her how does she know which of all the items the R180 was used. She failed to answer that question. When i bought in clearwater i intended to pay cash for everything. I was askd for my woolies card and i produced it and it was used to pay and i didnt ask for a reversal i paid and left only to have so many issues when i need a refund. I was not happy with the service at all and the consulted had the nerve to tell me im loud i should shut up. I have been a loyal customer and am really disappointed in Tebogo. I would understand if i came in to return all de items but only few items were returned. Better training will come in handy.
