Im a big pick n Pay customer, do my groceries all time at Pick n Pay and am not happy at all about the service that I always receive at the Meadowlands Pick n Pay. Last time I was the, I bought globes the price next to it was R12.99 and when I got to the till it was R25 I told the cashier what I saw and she called a supervisor called Robert. He went to call some guy I think he works with the prices and he told him to remove it and when we went to check the price was no longer the and Robert agued with us and made us fools denied he ever saw the same price, we had to go to the cameras to witness what happened. The cameras showed the guy removing the price we saw initially and squashing it into his pocket.
That's the kind of service they provide, made us look like fools, intimidated and ashamed until we looked at the cameras and this was not the first time they treated us like that I wish you do something about it. Im not happy and I dont think I will go back to that place ever.
