Joshua Doore accounts department in Phoenix is useless. The were supposed to debit my account on the 1st of the month but contact me on the 19th to say my debit was not successful. They cannot even tell me why it was not successful yet i do not have a bad credit record with any other accounts. The have the audacity to add interest to this amount & tell me that i should pull a statement every month to see that this debit has come out. I think this is pathetic. It is absolute bad customer service. I am going to take this to consumer ACT.
