Went to brits mall to do shopping in checkers my 6yr old girl wanted a specific Barbie doll from the shelve where no price was displayed as I have optics to prove the statement mentioned.got to the till point and yet the doll would not go through the till, the branch manager was called to come over rite the system and then she manually process the transaction at R149.99 as description: "non food item ZV" as per my slip that in my possession.
I had viewed my concern and knowledge regarding the cpa with respect to the situation, of which I was rather insulted and rudely spoken to by the manager Linda rodriques, to my amazement a number of junior stuff had informed me about the policy regarding such a situation and also informed me that the manager has got a total negative attitude to all non white clients.
Of which I tried to contact her via telephone but once again I was insulted and held at even the phone was dropped on me.
I also tried contacting customer care line and via the website but unable to view my concern as the is unforcene circumtamstanes and request can not be met
