I was at Nandos Airport on Wednesday Evening @ 22h00. An elderly gentleman standing behind me in the Que asked me twice, have you been served, to which i replied no. The cashier behind the counter (her back facing us) turned, looked at us and carried on doing her work that she needed to do. exactly 9 minutes later, when we asked for some help, she replied, we are closed. The gentleman politely asked, could you have not told us this when we got here, to which she replied, NO. I asked her, can you call the manager because your answers are totally unacceptable, rude and arrogant, she responded, YOU can call him.
It would be common courtesy, to smile at a customer, apologise to him and say "i'm sorry, we closed"
Should this be the attitude, as a regular visitor to the store, you can be rest assured, i WILL NOT be dining there at all, unless the attitude of staff change.
