So for the past few months i have been having an issue with the KFC in Blueroute Mall. 85% of the time when i go there for a blueberry crushers i get told that there is no ice cream, but i get told this after waiting in the q for 10-15 min. and every time this happens there is no sign anywhere stating that there is no ice cream available.
i work in Lakeside and have to drive to that mall/ i waste my time in doing this. its summer and there is no ice cream??? even when i worked in the mall i had the same issue. and the staff there are extremely SLOW! and when confronted about there being no ice cream, they give you this dumb look and so sorry. i dont want your sorry, i want my crushers because it does not say no ice cream available. i drove down there today to get crushers for the staff at my office (10 crushers) and i got told there was no ice cream.
really bad service and the sad part is im forced to go there as it is the closest to where i stay.
