I've received an e-mail - 8/8/13 @ 09;02 that the product I am waiting for has arrived, at 09:06 I do the order and at 09:12 I've received an e-mail back to confirm payment and that I could track my order process. At 12/8/13 there was no update and I sent an e-mail at 09:13 - still no feedback. I call Yuppiechef I they told me that the product is not available. This is really unacceptable. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO CUSTUMOR SERVICE AND ON TIME PRODUCT DELIVERY. This is the company I was voting for to be the best!!!
