Cash Refund

I ordered carpets for my new offices, and was told that H & H only accept cash or Bank guaranteed cheque NO EFT, . I paid a deposit of R20 000.00 bank guaranteed cheque on the 20 th of June .. Only to be told 36 hours before installation that they cannot supply, and that was on Monday the 5 th of August.. Needless to say I had to find a supplier fast and needed H & H to refund my money as soon as possible. I went into the branch on Tuesday the 6 th, Andre Jacobs their Manager assisted me. He promised me that it will be refunded the following day via EFT. I phoned on Friday the 9th to enquire, Andre had a zillion excuses. I again called him at 10 this morning. today being the 12 th, he promised to sort it out and call me back. Nothing happened. I went to the branch this afternoon at 2 o clock. He was shocked to see me. He made a phone call, and left a message, blamed somebody else. a certain Rudi Dealy at h/o. I called h/o Rudi, he was not available I spoke to Randall, he also, blamed Rudi. 15 minutes later I got hold of Rudi he also blamed somebody else, said Emmalize Jonis is responsible. It is now 5 oclock and I have had NO REPLY from anybody, what am I to do???
