Good day,
I had purchased an item from this store about 2 weeks ago without trying it on. When I eventually intended on wearing the item it did not fit correctly. I then proceeded to visit the same branch to exchange the item, Upon arrival at the store I realised I did not have the receipt. I do realise that I was not able to exchange the item without it however the tone in which the sales associate approached it was completely unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. I had requested that she then look for the receipt as they do keep copies, she advised that a big company such Edcon does not have the facility to do so. This I highly doubt, I advise implement some customer service training, as this is truly lacking!
