I am still battling to get a refund, i was even told that a penalty fee of 20% will be deducted on my laybye because of the cancellation. According to the store owner's law, he is allowed to deduct this much... how funny, after a week again i still have not received my refund and have not met the store owner. We only communicate over the phone, only on condition that i call from the store because they are not allowed to give his contact details.
