Hi, my parents purchased a set of recliner leather sofas, the whole set reclines, the price of the set is valued close to R40 000, with HP, whilst in the first year after purchased, the sofas became off-shape and the seating areas are bulging in the centres, as if the foam is loose underneath, we have laid numerous complains with the PMB CBD branch, as they were purchased from there, there has been no follow ups and nobody seems to be assisting us, the value of these sofas does not sum up to the low quality, and however these items are meant to last at least 10yrs, however in our case, they are hardly even used, I find it strange to understand why the manufacturer would not compile a functional test which conducts life-like tests to simulate its application use. I am certain that our sofas are not the only set that's complained of. Its been a year of complaining and no feedback or service provided on this complaint. Please assist me, thank you.
