Ad service, lack of interest and no energy

I'm totally disgusted d by the service I receive all the times when I get to the mimosa mall branch in Bloemfontein. The workers there have no sense of urgency. I got to a game store and I was assisted by prudence who told me she does not have plastic bags for me, I further asked her how I am going to carry the things. Just a few minutes while she was scanning my items a batch of strawberries did not go through and she told me they were experiencing problems with that item and I cant get, I demanded that she makes a plan of which her team leaded did. I then go back to the same store to pay for my account. I'm told to go there finance department of which I did, I got assisted by the lady named Jeanette who was as rude as someone who wakes up to manager their own enterprise. I was more like a floor manager being sent up and down to different departments and that frustrated me so much. Jeanette at he financed department has no manner after getting my details from head office she just out the piece of paper with my account number and she said nothing but instead she assisted the customer that was standing on the other side and she did not wrap up her service. she needs proper training
