I wanted to open an account at GAME today so the staff informed me that they only have one persone appointed to open new accounts. The then called her numerous times but she did not show. Eventually I left as I was very disappointed with the lack of interest for business.
The manager informed me that she was on her tee break but then just left me standing there.
I would really appreciate feedback on this as I know that GAME gets very busy and would not want anybody els to get bad service as I did.
