Rose has an absolutely bad attitude!
I wanted to use my Thank you card as well as my birthday voucher. I did not know that you cannot use both together. Instead of her explaining to why she just said you cant.
There after I was lucky enough to grt my socks on sale so I thougt I do have extra thank you points so I might as well grab something close to till. Rose then flung my card on the table and told me to come back!
I said to her she can at least say please and her response was " please for what"
Can you ever be that rude!
Rose needs to keep in mind what customer service is if she works at such a famous store. Thumbd up to you Edgars but not your employees.
