I bought goods from thruworts cathcart rd queenstown on 2nd August during their sale. when i paid for the goods the tags had different pricing from the sales docket. the prices on one of the pants i bought was less then the docket pricing. i asked the consultant to fix the price; thats when he called a supervisor whom instructed me there is nothing that she could do. i was surprised that no-one could help me as it was not my fault that the goods was marked down incorectly and that i have just spend a lot of money in the store. to me this was not acceptable and i returned the goods to Truworths Nonesi Mall the next day as i felt i was treated unfairly.
