Reference number is 2907130009/GO., on the 24 July if not mistaken I received a call from Bongi responding on my complaint, the issue was I did not close the music safe but cancelled and no reversal of charges is made. After I explain my side again she asked my email adress and gave me her word that I will receive a call in 48 hrs from concerning the reversal charges. But no email no call! Should I expect it in 480hrs? Please let us resolve this matter once and for all.
