I was at PNP yesterday and it is usually a horrific experience. Cashiers are normally rude and unhelpful.

Yesterday Martha was working at till 28. She was polite, helpful and friendly. Pleas. Somebody give this woman a promotion or a raise! She genuinely changed my shopping experience there.
