Luanshya contacted me on behalf of First for Women Insurance to give me a quote for car insurance. She was friendly and helpful considering she was working on a Friday night. She not only was professional about giving the quote but was friendly and fun to talk to. It makes a huge change to talk to someone who cares about their job and wants to make the experience for the client as pleasant as possible.
