I visited clicks pharmacy on Monday at Shelly Centre. The manager told me to collect my prescription today as they do not stock what was prescribed. I offered to leave my contact details and he refuuuused to take it which would have saved me a trip to Shelly.
On Monday when I arrived he was having a casual conversation with a lady who was standing in the over the counter. Clearly not there to collect prescription and we waited 15minutes for them to finish before she decided to go to pick n pay and then we were attended too. Today when I arrived there shortly after 4pm, the same manager was talking to another gentleman and the same thing of long unnecessary conversations was going on. I was attended by Joel Nxumalo and I asked him, is your manager always this rude? He said "Well, get used to him, he is just like that." Honestly, why should we wait in a queue pharmacy when people are addressing their personal issues?
