Recently I had an order get delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address, a fault of Mr Delivery. I emailed Takealot that evening to report the situation and got a reply that very evening long past office hours. Immediately I felt that the situation would be taken care of and felt completely confident that I would receive my order in time. I got my order 2 days later only because I was on film set for the first of those days and couldn't take the delivery.
Takealot is committed to great customer service and they do an outstanding job of helping the customer no matter the problem. When they say they'll sort out a problem you can have every confidence that they will and it's very comforting as a customer to know that any issues will be dealt with quickly and professionally.
Takealot has always and will continue to be my first choice for online shopping. I do however wish Takealot would drop Mr Delivery as their courier and only use CourierIT, who are far superior. Mr Delivery has failed me several times where as CourierIT has not once let me down.
