We went for breakfast on Sunday morning.
I ordered black coffee with breakfast. I don't take sugar.
The coffee arrived promptly already pored into the cup. I had drunk about three quarter of the coffee when I tasted something lumpy, I looked into cup and the bottom of cup was peeling off in chunks of whatever the previous drink had been. Disgusting!!!
I called the waiter and showed him the floating chunks in my coffee and stated I was not impressed. He said he would go and tell " them", he did say he was sorry.
No one from management bothered to see us! The cherry on top... the bill includes a charge for the coffee and I had to demand that it be removed!!!
If you want to be in the restaurant business, be clean and be customer focused!!
