I recieved an email stating its from wonga about a personal loan, i did fill out the application and when it was approved wanted to call and ask the next step. these were my problms
1) the telkom number given on the application form just goes dead
2) i then googled wonga [URL Removed] and asked the call agent for the personal loans department and he said that wonga dose not do personal loans. i had recieved a spam mail
3) the cell phone number given on the application seems to be a private number
4) i asked the person that answered the cell number to prove to me that he is working for wonga.he just asked me what info do i need and cut the call
5) i have now sent an email asking for the proof that he is working for wonga coze now he has all my personal information and still no responce
6) no service provider would ask a customer to pay in cash for a loan, is that not the reason for applying for a loan is to recieve money! why would i pay out money to recieve it back
7) the man that answered the cell phone was very rude
