I received a call last week from one of your debt collection depts. apparently I hadnt paid a minimum of R25 in June OR July I think, not sure, I dont owe much, usually I pay R100 per month at least, The lady asked for personal details like my address and Id number to proceed, I said I am not giving any information, UNLESS I CALL IN and KNOW WHO I called, She proceeded to talk to me like a dog-saying I HAVE JUST TOLD YOU WHO WE ARE, I said you can say whoever you want to be, I was dealt with rudely and arrogantly, I asked for HER name and address and ID number, she couldnt divulge that, So I said neither can I!!! we will be cancelling our accounts with you, I understand you need to get your money, BUT please train your ppl properly and teach them that customers are not the enemy.???
