Was looking for an item of clothing, the size I was looking for was not on the floor. Mpho checked every stockroom and cupboard to make sure there wasn't any of the size, and then phoned every store within nearby radius to locate one for me, whilst continually updating me with a smile as to who she had called and what stocks they had available. Long time since I have had anyone go to this much trouble to assist and in such a friendly manner. She is an asset to the company!
