I went to open up an account at the game in menlyn. The employees working at the customer service counter completely ignored me before i had to demand their attention. After i finaly got attended too the employee told me that they needed my ID copy to open up the account as i could not use my drivers licence. I drove back home, came back with my ID copy filled the form and submitted it. The employees there were very unhelpfull and uninformattive. After recieving an sms that my account had been approved, i drove back to Game to pick my card up. I greeted the employees at the counter and non of them responded as they were too occupied chatting up with each other. They had completely ignored me before i had to raise my voice yet again to get their attention. I informed the pregnant lady that i came to pick up my card and handed her my drivers license. She refused to take it as apparently its their policy not to hand out approved cards without a formal means of indentity. Does this mean that my drivers license is worthless for them to verify before handing me my card?? This is worse then the service one recieves at the home affairs. Pathetic! I don't even want this account anymore!
