I am shocked!!! Today was the first time in a while, and most certainly the LAST time I will ever set foot in Foschini again!! Never in my life have I dealt with such rude, unprofessional workers. Ever.
I bought a deodorant, a gel nail kit, and a nail art kit. All of this cost me almost R400.00. Paying, was ok, after standing in the long line for over 10 minutes!! Went straight home after my purchase at around 11:10... Open my gel nail kit, love it, pack my deodorant away... then I open my Nail art kit which cost R130.00... pink, green and blue. next moment, thee is green cutex ALL OVER MY WHITE DUVET!!! and I cant get the bottle out to see what the problem is!! Rush back to the shop, only to have them LAUGHING, and speaking in ZULE, which me and y dad both happen to understand, saying I am stupid and taking a chance, and let the box fall, that's how it broke!! well... If i BROKE it from a FALL, wouldn't ALL the bottles be BROKEN and LEAKING?! after a long fight with these utterly rude people, I left, vowing to NEVER set foot there again!!! Learn your staff members some manners please!! Utterly sick
