I am highly dissatisfy and very unhappy to pay for a pair of shoes twice @edgars shoe gallary. I use my bank card to pay to my surprise a cashier told me my card was declined however money was take instantly from my account (sms notification) was advice to pay with cash which I did, and was promise that my money will be refunded back to my account the following day I waited till Monday 29 july, I then decided to visit the store with a proof (bank statement) showing money was never returned I was not happy with the service I got from the store, the following day I called customer service was given a ref number 30071301970/g and promised that the matter will be resolved within the next 48 hours however I am still waiting for my money to be paid back to my account.
