Dab service and damage goods

On the 30/09/2013 I went to Game Lenasia to buy a laptop tried to get help but none of the consultants where on the floor to help Eventually after throwing tantrums' a guy from the cash desk came to my rescue. I bought 2 laptops which cost us R6998.98 in the beginning of December I tried to play something the sound did not come out, I then took it to the nearest Game store to me with my receipt they said they will take it to repairs. they booked it in 3 weeks later I gave them a call they said it was not fixed, they then called me after a week and sad the mother board broke which I fail to under stand.im an adult that takes care of my stuff and I definitely did not do anything wrong to that laptop just plagued in the ear phones to the lap top the way it suppose to be done. They are saying it will cost me R1700 to fix it or R250 for taking it back not fixed. on back of the receipt it says the will give me a new one if its under warrenty. I fail to understand how a big store like game will have such a ridiculers service like this while they advertise to be the best.im angry and disappointed in them I will never ever recommend them to anyone. And this is a new account
