I recently bought two ElectroPedis for Father's Day at R599 each. One for my husband and one for my father. The one I gave to my father did not work. Now, I am trying to get it repaired or a replacement.
I have contacted Homemark who says that I must post the item back to them at my own cost. I cannot take it into a store, which would be much more convenient for me.
Giving a broken gift to someone is very embarrassing and now the company is refusing to take responsibility.
