Delivery costs

I don't have a problem of delivery costs. If I buy something from menlyn store I should be able to pick it up at the menlyn store. They force me to pay for the delivery costs from joburg. I said sorry ill spend my 20000 elsewhere. No negotiations nothing. Sorry for you
