I ordered a few items on the WOW deals site.
When i inquired a few weeks later where delivery was, I was ignored.
Eventually after getting the banks involved they responded to say that delivery would finally take place.
Again I was let down, and when I asked for the millionth time where my order was I received a mail from the manager Sven van Doorn saying that due to all the mistakes they would send a small apology gift. That was on 15 July.
These guys don't care about customer service at all. You have to mail continuously and fight to get your money back.
