I went to the store in late May of this year. I purchased a pair of pajama's Flannel pants and Fleece Top for my husband for father's day. In the beginning of July, they ripped from front to back when my husband sat down. I contacted the store on three occasions through their "contact us" link and they never responded to me. All I asked for was a replacement or a refund. Why does it have to take so long? I didn't keep my slip. I mean really?? For pajama's - two month's down the quality is obviously of inferior quality. I love shopping from Pick 'n Pay, but their customer care in general!
I am really disappointed, as winter is nearing an end, and my husband has no pajama's?
