Lack of Customer Service

In November 2012 I bought a Bosch Pressure Cleaner and after the first day, noticed it was behaving strangely. I returned it to Autozone who promised to look into it as soon as the manager came back from holiday. In December I called several times to no avail. Coming from Kriel, I eventually went back to Autozone in Secunda and spoke to the manager who'd not yet tested the product. He said it was fine but I'd since found out that it shouldn't be doing the things it was. He said he'd send it to Bosch to see what was wrong. It is now almost the end of January and I've still not heard a word from him. I have since had to purchase another pressure cleaner (Karcher) and will never buy from Autozone after the dreadful customer service I've received.
