Bad service eve

On the 1st August 2013 I went to pay my account at Legit in pretoria hatfield. I was assisted by Magdaline Ntatamala who gave me the most bad service ever received, she did want to accept my master and absa insentive card to pay my account. Which was not the first time she and her manager refused to help, I explained to them that other edcon shop always accept my card only their branch doesn't want to help. Manger then said magdeline can help, she swiped my card and then decided to change her mind and called ther head office to reverse the payment. I was at work and I explained to her that I am late I need to go but I was told to leave my card behind which I refused. She told me that I think I am clever and that my mom did a bad job raising me . She said all of this out loud in front of other clients. I felt so small like I was nothing. Her head office told her she can help me cause there was nothing wrong with my card. She came back to me and didnt even apologies, I asked if Ican come use the same card mmonthly again without any problem. Her response was - I dont k ow what do you think you should do? Its really up to shame. Is that how clients are treated at legit?
