Yesterday I went to the store in Pavilion. They had a sale & I found some boots that I wanted to buy. As I was about to pay, the electricity went off. I asked the manager to keep the boots for me, as nobody was able to pay. She refused & said it was a sale item. I told her that this is a situation out of everybody's control, so surely she could keep them. She just refused, even after I told her that surely she could accommodate a client that's willing to pay & it's not my fault they couldn't help me. They were so rude. They grabbed garments from other clients, threw it aside & forced the clients out of the shop. For security reasons, they said. I had to leave the store as a very upset client. Cannot understand why they couldn't accommodate me as it was not my fault that I couldn't pay.
