The rubber stopper that keeps the water in the tank of the Garment Steamer I called Nkuleko who was extremely polite and helpful she did not have the lid and could find it on her codes in the system however she asked me to call Verimark Kolonade and speak to David who was most helpful he found a lid took it to Centurion I picked it up from there they went the extra mile I really appreciate it a BIG THANK YOU GUYS.
