Never have I come across a sales person SO eager to help his consumers. From the moment he answered the telephone I could hear that this guy WANTED to assist me. He WANTED to satisfy his customer's request. HE WANTED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE. And he did.
I just needed SOMEONE to give me a quote on a vehicle that fits my budget. Not only did he do that. He managed to get me a whole lot more than what I asked for! With all the added extras that he managed to squeeze into my budget I will very soon drive away with my new Vivo as individual as I am!
I was miserable by the time I called LS JHB as I have been helplessly hunting the whole day for a new vehicle (even by my local LS). David not only brightened my day he also got me my very special Vivo.
I have already recommended him to my colleaugues should they require an upgrade on their cars...
