I'm total shocked at the Service received by Clicks! As one of the top retailers in South Africa there. service levels have declined drastically!
I put a complaint through approximately two weeks ago at the call centre and to date no feedback! It's regarding a Red Kettle and Toater Set advertised in the Clicks booklet that is not stocked in Cape Town as I was informed by a brackenfell staff member! I want the item of a similar combo at the same price!
I hope someone is addressing this service matte
