Clicks advertised a kettle and Toaster set from the 12 July - August, but when wanting to get a set over the weekend they ARE all sold out. i called each branch with in Cape Town to get one and Low and behold no one has the set. The sale has been on for 3 days to be exact and no one in the clicks group is able to get me on. I feel its bad advertising. Each store say its end of range then why did clicks advertise it in the monthly sale. How bad is that? after spending 2 hours calling each branch and several times the call centre i still don't have it.. when asking if they can get me one am told no they cant .. really what happened to Customer service.
