I bought a bed about last year around july, it was somehow damaged upon delivery, I reported that and it was exchanged with a different bed from the one I had originally purchased. Now the base started to sag within a mont, I reported it directly to the richards bay branch. The king koil supplier began communicating with me, and they promised to send a new base, after the had Monica Govender had informed me with the options I had. Since then I have waited till now and sms's saying my complain have been coming in, which is confusing because I still sleep on a sagged bed which I know gain comfort by inserting blankets under the mattress. My account is upto date, yet this is the kind of treatment I get? I am highly dissappointed by your product and service!!!
