I usually complain about the service at pick 'n pay in Braamfontein, however today I would like to send a compliment to a lady named Vuyiswa who works at the clover section. Vuyiswa is always willing to assist, friendly and approachable. My friend and I were at pick 'n pay and couldn't decide which juice to take, Vuyiswa immediately informed us about the special which was available for that day. But I must compliment her even more for the service she gave me 6 months ago when there wasn't enough stock of the yogurt I was looking for. She asked me nicely to wait for her while she went back to the storeroom to check for me stock. I couldn't believe it when she came back with the stock. I'm very impressed with her customer service. That woman deserves more than a thank you for always going the extra mile. Thank you Pick 'n Pay for Vuyiswa I'm always looking forward to going to pick 'n pay to buy your clover products.
