Bad service

I bought a house through Snooks Estates with Dineo Ndlovu who never had a good service until the last day when the house was registered in Feb, I was always updating her of what she is suppose to do even when we have appointments she was always late. After the house had been registered the were few things that we agreed on while we signed the offer to purchase that they have to be repaired like geyser. i pushed her to get all that done she ended up asking me to get people who will repair geyser and plumbing, to cut long story short, i found the person that she was not happy about she ended sending her own people and they told her the same story and she ask her friend Bongi to get people to check the geyser, they also told her the same story that the geyser have to be replaced, they ended up replacing but they didn't buy the geyser tray, the worst was when i have to look again for a person to repair roofing she did the same story she did with the geyser person. Atfer running after her to get money for labour she told me money is with Bongi she have personal problems to solve, Bongi'speople replaced the geyser but they broke my light which costs R200.00, i;ve been asking Bongi about
