Damaged goods not being replaced

I bought a bed and a fridge from Beares in Carnival mall, when they delivered on Monday 1July2013 the fridge door was dented. we phoned the branch and spoke to Leah who said they would pick up the fridge the following day and exchange it. We phoned them yesterday 2July2013 and they said they would let me know how late it would be delivered, a women by the name of Winnie (the branch manager) phoned me back with a very bad attitude telling me that the fridge is on the way from the warehouse and that it should be there later that afternoon. We phoned them today 3July2013 again and spoke to Winnie (the branch manager) just to find out what is the progress on this because we are sitting with a fridge that we can't use and must pay for at the end of the month, she answered my fianc? e very rude and abrupt and said that she can't tell us when this will be sorted out. I phoned them this afternoon again and they said it will be delivered tonight 3July2013 between 17:00 and 17:30, but when I phoned the driver at 17:45 he started raising his voice at me. I phone Leah at the branch and she said will come back to me. I went to the branch and they had locked up and left. Pathetic service!!!
