I have visited this store on numerous occassions both during the week and over peak weekend periods. My experience has always been a pleasant one. Friendly staff who greet you from the moment you walk through the doors (even the security). Staff who will go out of their way to help you - finding products to the extent where they will take you to the correct aisle; providing information on promotional items; speedy service at all counters and at the paypoints. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to pay. The food is of good quality, well displayed and very tasty. The smoothie bar, cut fruits and ready-made meals and deserts are even better than that provided by the W store. Thanks for the effort guys & girls. So few places where you get this kind of service.
