I approached Bike Zone some 12 months ago now in order to purchase a helmet which I also placed on to Hallo Peter for not being refunded as helmet had something loose in it when I went to collect it. At the same time I purchased a Universal Helmet kit for 2 bikers, the Interphone F5 Dual set. Bike zone then proceeded to install the one set on my wife's helmet and also installed same on the helmet that I had purchased for myself but then handed back and finally after 4 months got refunded. When I handed back my helmet Bike Zone gave me another F5 set with only one intercom/speaker set. The set should have had two, a wire speaker for full face helmets and a one with a a flexible speaker for open face helmets. I have now after a year, granted, decided to install the this set on my helmet which is an open face. To my disgust, I found that the flexible mouth piece was not included. I have not called bike zone as I am sure that they will just ignore this. I am just so frustrated at the way that they have treated me. I paid full price for this item. BIKE ZONE IS HAS FROM ME.
