I posted a report on Hellopeter regarding an advertised product that Game at Westgate did not have. I was deeply dissapointed with the service, as it was not the first time I have experienced the same problem at this store. However, I was contacted this morning by the store manager, Jose' and he explained to me the logistics and the actions of future problem solving I might have with the store. I appreciate the quick response to my complaint. I have already purchased the product I wanted from another retailer.
