On saturday we went to the above branch for shopping. What a wrong decision!! The Q was terrible, what disgusted me most was that ONLY 3 CASHIERS were working. Over 10 till were empty, despite the fact that it was month end. I can tell you that this store is not managed properly. We stood on the que for almost an hour, when i finally got to the till i asked Nokthula why was there only 3 people working on a busy day, she told me to speak to the guy standing next to her, who turned out to be the manager (BHUNU) i think was his name. Instead of taking responsibility he made excuses about how other staff members did not pitch for work... BLAH... BLAH... BLAH. How unprofessional!!! Funny how these things only happen in TOWNSHIP MALLS...
